The negatives for me were size of the gift and the contents the photos are really deceiving, I thought the price was a little too expensive for how big it is
I order one package of 40 boxes, they arrived within 48hrs. Amazing! We needed more so ordered again. After a week they hadn’t arrived so contacted hello boxes. They then gave me a tracking number for dpd, they were at the depo still. 3 weeks later dpd confirmed they had lost them. I contacted hello boxes again asking for a refund which they agreed. Fast forward over 2 months. I still haven’t received the refund and they are ignoring all emails I have sent.
