Faulty product, poor customer service response.
I had a faulty product, dispenser for the skin care didn't work. Contacted customer services though the chat and email and two weeks no resolution. Shame as I can't get the product out without destroying the packaging. Disappointing level of customer service, various emails have just asked for the same product info, no apologies or suggestion of a replacement.
