Excellent service from Hellobus. We booked a return journey from the DFDS Newcastle-Ijmuiden ferry port to Efteling. Hellobus replied promptly to messages (both email and WhatsApp) and were quick to confirm that the booking had been made and they had received the bank transfer (note Hellobus don't accept card payments). I did the transfer via Wise, which worked fine, though my bank did initially block the transaction until I confirmed it by phone, but that's not Hellobus's fault. The actual bus journey was good, if a bit longer than expected due to traffic. The bus was large with plenty of space, and the driver was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely use Hellobus again.

The drivers were very friendly and precise, which was important for a group of 55 people.
The bus itself was also very fine.
