No, no, no. They are crooks. Charged me immediately and two months later I’m waiting for a refund for merchandise which NEVER ARRIVED! Avoid this seller!

I wish I could rate it less. I made an order May 2018. 9 items. I'm still waiting on two of the items, of 7 items that I did receive 4 of them where the wrong everything. Wrong size, wrong height (the maxi dresses are sized for super short people). Summer will be over soon. One of the largest issues that I'm having with this company is that they asked be to wait to receive my total order to put in my return. It is now August and I'm still waiting on my last two items. Now it looks like they have blocked me on Facebook Messenger so I am unable to follow up on my claim with the items that I have in possession. This is poor business practice. I should have done my research on this company since it is overseas. Let the buyer beware. I hope that this helps future buyers. At this point I don't know how I'm going to recoup my money. Pitiful.

EDIT: SEPT. 6 2018 - Surprise, after leaving the original message here o. TrustPilot, I was contacted. I was told via email that I had to prove that my last two missing items where never delivered (which I did immediately, because I had already done the tracking). I was then notified that my replacements where on their way, with the SAME EXACT TRACKING NUMBER AS THE PREVIOUS. AUGUST 19.

I was asked to change my review of the company, WHY would I do that??? This order of over $100 ORIGINATED in May 2018. The middle of SPRING for SUMMER apparel. We are now in SEPTEMBER. Instead of refunding my money we go through this circus.

It will be my duty to warn everyone about this company and their subsequent name changes going forward.

This is such a scam. What you see in pictures is nothing like the product received. And adding insult to injury service stinks. I couldn’t believed eve the dress I received. Was supposed to be linen it was polyester an Xl but would fit a 10 year old girl maybe. Don’t order from this place. If I could give a minus rating I would.

Ordered 2 dresses after months the first arrived and was in a very bad condition, badly made and not similar to the photo based on the order. The customer service in regard to returning the products is still going on and on, asking the same questions - pls avoid this company!!! Have still not got my payment back

PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste your time or money with this company. I bought a dress at £30 and it took weeks and weeks to come after various excuses for its delay after my email complaints. The advert shows in description cotton/linen and calf length. ( Round neck plain cotton/linen maxi dress) What I eventually received was 100 % polyester and in no way shape or form resembled the dress in the advert. It is truly horrible and of terrible quality, and comes above my knee. A complete an utter con!
When I complained I was told why don't I give the dress to a friend as a present !! Are you joking - no one would want that as a present! Then told I would have to pay the extensive fee to ship it back to them even though they have blatantly mis-sold a dress. Someone is making a lot of money and I bet it's not the people who make the clothes. If I could leave a zero star rating I would.

Ordered a dress three (!!!!) months ago and I still haven’t got it!!! They refuse to give me my money back. Never, ever buy anything from them!!!!

I ordered and received several pieces from this company. The clothes I received which were suppose to be my size, therefore should have fit a grown older women....but they would not even fit a seven year old little girl. I returned the items to the address in Torrence and I have not heard from, nor received a refund. Do not use this misleading company.

Received one dress. The other has never arrived and customer service has been no help. No refund so far. The dress I received is not a good material and quickly pilled. I would never shop there again!

Order was placed June 16th , Aug 1st still have not received . Emailed customer service multiple times , I’m sure the cut and paste same response over and over . Request a refund twice , they still have not acknowledged.

Please DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I ordered over 145.00 in clothes and returned them all. They have yet to refund my money. They have even given me dates of when the refund will take place and still nothing.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order in May
2018 cancelled within 1 hour and was already charged and still to this date 8/1 have not received my refund. They keep telling me it is every two weeks but after 7 weeks I believe they are a scam. Read other reviews, this is not a reputable company.

I ordered three diffrent dresses. NON where as expected... The clothes were not as discribed, an two of the item, didn't fit me, allthough I mesured my self and ordered due to theyre schemes. I will nerver buy anything there again.
I will not recommend this firm to anybody.

This is the WORST company to order clothes. I have yet to receive a refund on an item from May. I just now received the last item of my order FROM MAY. It's almost August. Everything came randomly in separate packages weeks apart. Again, I ordered in MAY. The clothes are not high quality - at all!! They are very cheap. I ordered a jumpsuit that has additional stitching across the zipper. You can not zip the garment down to even put in on. I can't even wear it! You would have to literally break the zipper. HORRIBLE COMPANY...THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Money I will never get back.

I purchased an outfit for my daughter's trip and paid extra for her to receive the shipment sooner. We did not get the dress in time so I asked for a refund and not to ship the dress. I still have yet to receive my money back. I paid for the dress on May 4th. This is so unacceptable!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

A woman's dream store! Beautiful selection of classic, elegant, versatile, comfortable, and perfect fitting sheath dresses (among other items). Really beautiful work dresses. Professional, but super comfortable. Priced fairly for the high quality materials used. Classic and elegant designs! Highly recommend.

Note the complaint reply below from hellocloth.. They publicly pretend to be concerned asking for more information from me in which they said they would help to solve my poor experience problem with them. I gave them the information they requested, and yet they still they did nothing. I followed their steps giving them even more information about my situation and after yet another month and a half, they still have not refunded me, contacted me, nor apologized. I purchased in May, sent at least 20 emails, responded to their fake reply below, and now it is September and still no refund. In fact no correspondence at all.

They are scammers and thugs. Beware: They will send you a partial of your order and never send you the remaining items, and then not process a refund. I just called the bank and they said they can not help with partial refund claims. This company knows this and that is why they sent only one of my 4 items I paid for. It has been since May that I ordered the products and here it is August. They kept saying they had the items and that it would be sent within 3 days. The communicated this every time I would email my concern that I had not yet received the items. I Went through this scenario about four rounds and decided to just cancel the order. They then said they would process a refund 30 days from now. It has been over 30 days now and still no refund. They are scamming Americans. Do not do business with this operation.

They recently added the information below for which I replied with my information twice but have not heard from them in over a week. They can spend the time typing that information in, but don't have time still to send me my refund. They are professional scammers.
