Menu choices and portion sizes are really good. The only thing I don’t like is it selects your menu if you forget but doesn’t look at past choices. I had 4 noodle dishes in a week before

It’s great that food appears to have a greater shelf life than previously, I sometimes get a bit bored with some of the meals as the quick meals tend to be the same.

No communication when they're resolving missing items from orders... Which can sometimes be a fight. Also they must have a good deal on spinach or something... Pretty much every curry has it in!

Enjoy the food but meals seems repetitive, none pasta choices of meals seem small portions, often the fruit and veg goes mouldy or rotten before we have time to use it all.

Delivery is great - receive notifications regularly and when your box is due to arrive within the hour. Good quality ingredients - all sorted separately in paper bags for the different recipes

EDIT: They sell boxes for 5 days, but guarantee the quality for 3 days.... they also read that I have given feedback that they have ignored many many times and now want me to give them more feedback? What a terrible reply.
I repeatedly told them that the meals weren't lasting the whole week and each time they would say they will take my feedback on board and sort it out, then gave me a couple of pounds back for the inconvenience. £2 from a £50 a week kit does not make up for the fact that I'm throwing away food that is meant to last a week. How can I get another meal with £2? So I ended my subscription.
Now they phone me every 2 weeks asking me for my feedback, that they always ignore and trying to get me to open my account again. They know the problem, don't want to even acknowledge it, won't give proper refunds when they mess up your meals for a week and then have the cheek to try and get me to start my subscription by saying they are working on it and if I restart my subscription, it will be sorted by when it starts. What they're trying to do is get me to start the subscription, not do anything about the (at least 20) times I've given feedback and hope I forget to cancel.
Just don't bother. Terrible company that is predatory on busy people.

In general things are ok, but there are still.lingering issues; missing or incorrect ingredients, veg and herbs that do not keep long enough to be used, missing recipe cards and more a courier issue than anything else, delivery drivers who don't recognise the importance of food not being left in the sun.

First of all, the meals are delicious! And secondly, it gives me time to focus on the cooking and not on thinking about what to cook and getting the ingredients, which makes the whole process so much less stressful and much more enjoyable. I used to find the whole experience quite tiring and stressful, but now it's just about the cooking and not the extra bits.Thank you!
