I love HelloFresh so far. The meals are tasty, fresh, good quality, the portions big enough and it's fast – awesome! I have to deduct a star because in my last box, a tomato and a pepper were bursting on the side due to too much pressure on the bag – I think that's a shame.

Recently, there have been missing items, it feels as though the team simply throw things into the box -it's a shame.

Hellofresh offers a wide variety of great recipes for a balanced diet. It saves me a lot of time that I would otherwise have to spend on planning and shopping. Very convenient. The only criticism I have: in my opinion, potatoes are too often the side dish of a meal. I’m getting tired of seeing potatoes all the time.

Food was fresh, recipes were easy even for non-german speakers

I've been cooking with HelloFresh for quite a while now and I'm still thrilled. The little gifts you get the longer you stay with them are also nice. I was on my own for four weeks and kept HelloFresh going, but I have to say that the portions are too much for one person. (I ordered food for three days.) It was difficult to cook everything before the next delivery arrived.

SCAM!! They have advertised on Instagram a promotion with 2.75 EUR / portion. They charged me 10 EUR / portion. I have raised my issue, but only got a partial refund which is still a lot more expensive. They ask me to show the original promotion 2 weeks later, which is obviously impossible to retrace. Careful with them, it's a scam!

Dishes are simple to cook and quite tasty. But unfortunately there are too many pork dishes with no other protein options to substitute.

The nacho bag was not properly sealed and part of the nachos were out of the package. They were no longer edible, softened by the humidity, and we thrown them away. Furthermore, as a global reason of in satisfaction, there are some problems with the quantities. How come that for two people you give 75 g of nachos only? The avocado paste nominally was 100 g but the content was 86.6 only. Also in other dishes we found that a little bit more of some ingredients was necessary. Last but not least, the dry seasoning spices in the small sachets are often damp and it is hard to get them out. Small details, but annoying.

Content of the Boxes is really fresh, easy to cook and mostly delicious! Never had any issues so far :)

Nice Service. Some recipes verry tasty. But some not. I also miss the possibility to filter for recipes without allergenes like gluten or histamin.

I've been ordering from HelloFresh for many months in total now and I'm pleasantly surprised by the freshness (name deserved) and good amount of food for two people. Ordering is pretty simple, pausing for a few weeks or canceling entirely is not difficult as well. Orders arrive with little to no errors and it makes planning for a week way easier. Yes, it's quite costly but it pays for a bit less stress in your week and the food's good.

I'd just like the website to load a bit quicker, it does not feel optimised very well and I can tell you for sure the problem's not on my end.

I wish the explanations being more visual. And sometimes it could be better explained.
I like the variety of receipts. But there was one week when I didn't choose in advance and I didn't like the receipt that came, it was too ordinary. I don't like to go to the supermarket and hate waste. so I like the comfort to receive food at home and the right portions.

I am really impressed and very satisfied with HelloFresh. We order three meals per week and always look forward to trying something new. What I love most is that I get to discover new recipes and spices – many of which I probably wouldn’t have cooked on my own before.

The ingredients are always fresh and nicely packaged, the portion sizes are generous and filling, and we hardly ever have any waste. For us, HelloFresh is a great way to enjoy a variety of meals while also picking up new cooking tips and ideas.

Overall, I’m very happy and can truly recommend HelloFresh. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'm absolutely satisfied with all HelloFresh deliveries. It's healthy and very diverse food that I get every week.
The service is reliable as it puts my food package in front of my house door in my absence. (I had a different experience in this respect, too.)
I always look forward every week to preparing new food.

I have ordered many times and so far everything has been completely well. The delivery is always as promised and always complete. The recipes are very varied and delicious. The instructions are understandable and easy to follow.

I love how I actually get better at cooking. HelloFresh helps me out of my comfort zone and rewards me with delicious, balanced meals. The rewards program is quite the byzanthine maze that always gives me the feeling I'm missing out and/or doing something wrong, but the normal boxes are great :)

Have good options overall. Most Asian recipes aren't really authentic. There is always a twist which changes flavors completely. I wished they were more simple and authentic. When u accidentally forgot to change the address when u needed to, it is not possible to change even the date of delivery up to few days prior to planned delivery date. I know it is logistical and the food partners cannot change it, but it really sucks. U cannot even cancel it.

Good variety of recipes each week. I'm saving quite a lot of time considering that I don't need to go grocery shopping as often anymore.
All products are of great quality and delivery has been flawless since the beginning.
