Everything you need to print out can be done in Walgreens. From your phot to the printing of your documents!!
In just 8 days from going into my walk in appointment to receiving my passport booklet. I did paid 245 not including the 30 follower fee from the ups. I am very happy.

I used this company to renew my passport. They were friendly, stayed on top of documents, even immediately notifying me my picture needed re-done. It took 2 weeks start to finish (my fault for waiting several days to get a new photo) and my passport was delivered to me. The communication on where my passport was in the process was phenomenal! Highly recommend using this company to renew your passport. They took all the stress about it completely off my plate.

This is NOT a government site
This is NOT a government site. They charge $250 to shepherd a renewal you can do yourself for free, and more easily. They promise a 48hrs refund available, but they do NOT refund, willingly. They make it very difficult to obtain a refund.
Update: after this review was posted I was contacted by a manager at HelloGov and the refund I was seeking was granted. I still advise one does not need this service and can much more easily and affordably renew a passport online direct with the US Department of State.

Pointless Ripoff
This is not a passport renewal company. They will charge you an extra $200 for a form you could have driven to Staples and gotten. Made it difficult to cancel. Never do business with this scammer.

Updates Experience
I was kept updated through out the whole process, even informing me that my original birth certificate was not accepted because it did not have the state seal. I was able to quickly rectify that problem and mailed in the required certificate and was informed when the application was finally approved and again when the passport was on its way.
