Beware of this deceptive company
Beware, these people are great at selling the story of finding off-market properties from their self proclaimed insider knowledge and contacts in real estate. In reality the only properties sent to me were those advertised publicly on all the big real estate websites and it was clear there was no insider knowledge or real estate contacts. I had more proactive communication with agents I'd actually connected with myself during my property searches and inspections. There is absolutely no responsibility taken once the deposit is paid and no transparency. Apparently the company went into liquidation, a process that had begun in secret with no indication from the company before, during or after. As a (obviously not valued) client I had to hunt down previous buyers agents who had worked for HH to find out why I hadn't been receiving communication, only to be told the company had gone into liquidation several months earlier. My deposit lost to these scumbags. Steer clear.
