I contacted Klyk to help with the installation of printing software. Isa responded very quickly to me raising a ticket and scheduled a convenient time for him to remotely take control of my device and install the software. We quickly ran into issues with the software installer which was faulty and out of date. Isa thoroughly investigated the issue and even after discovering that the issue was with the software provider, he continued to troubleshoot and monitor the issue.

Great proactive experience from Lewis where he dealt with my initial request efficiently and then moved on to try different approaches to resolving an open request which looks like it has done the trick. Much appreciated.

We used Klyk to collect and recycle our old company laptops and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The team were prompt and helpful with all the details, their own drivers collected the devices just a few days after we submitted the form, and we received payment without any hassle.

What really stood out was the peace of mind on the data side, all devices were wiped in full compliance with UK GDPR, which matters a lot to us as a business.

On top of all that, they're a B Corp, so you know you're working with a company that actually gives a damn about doing things right. Highly recommend Klyk to any business looking to responsibly offload old tech.

I would highly recommend using Klyk for their IT support, company laptops and cyber support. The experience was very smooth and I'd definitely use them again.

Laptop in good working condition and serves me well.
Didn't receive charger cable as expected (usb-c cable instead of magsafe 3) but been sent one promtply, unfortunately it is defectuous.
Otherwise, everything is like new

Thought the death of my laptop was imminent but in a few Klyks Mark had me up and running at full speed again - thank you!

Klyk gave me a very fast response to my software installation ticket. Mark had very good knowledge about the software and safely installed it in my system.

The service was quite fast but could be better by having a pre approved list of software, (like VS Code, Python or SQL developer) which will skip the time taken to get approval.

Mark was very friendly and helpful in setting me up on my new laptop. They have a great IT support team at Klyk, and Zahid provides excellent cybersecurity training!

Costa, Zahid, Adam, Isabella and Asad are great to deal with! 10/10 recommend Klyk!
