My rating based on first impressions.
My rating at this time is solely based on the contracting of the policy and the competitive price, "Extended third party".
I found Prima using check24, I compared several companies and read many customer reviews in several languages.
The information concerning the policy coverage was clear enough to understand and basically the same as the main competitors. They should make it clearer who will be eligible to drive the vehicle, I had difficulty finding this information.
Prima came out top on price and when I finally contracted I even added a bit more coverage such as no 100km assistance limit, it still came below the nearest competitor.
I immediately received my policy digitally and information in the event of an accident, making a claim or the need for assistance.
Only time will tell if I'm fully satisfied, one reads so many reviews about the insurance business in Spain and mostly it's negative, especially when it comes to claims and policy renewals, so lets see how Prima fairs.

they came to the house which was very helpful indeed! and one only man fixed the windscreen.
However, the first time I called RALARSA to book the appointment, the service was appalling. Not enough staff to deal with customers.

138€ saving!!
I'm new to Prima. I came across it in a web search. My current insurance was coming up for renewal with a 100€ increase. No claims ever!! Trying other big names online sent me round in circles and wasted half my day. Prima was so straight forward and best of all it was 138€ cheaper for the same cover I've had with the other company. It's a no brainer. Prima doesn't rip you off.

The process is fast and easy, but I lack to see particular conditions (and the contract to sign) before to pay. (To check every aspect about I'm about to sign!). Prima is not the only company with this kind of practices.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to inform you that the Particular Conditions are the personalized document that includes the data you provide when contracting the policy, as well as the coverages you have selected. This is why it's sent to you right at the moment of contracting.
We also confirm that the General Terms and Conditions (CCGG) and the IPID are always available on our website before you make the contract.
Additionally, we want to remind you that if the Particular Conditions are incorrect, you have a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract, as per law.

It was quickly and uncomplicated! 15 minutes and we have our car assurance police. I hope everything will work well with the assurance company, that is new for us. But last two experiences were well, so we can trust.
