Communication is a problem with this service. Its a 'get what your given' type service with no room to ask, question, discuss. No human interface. All that interferes with the economic model they run on. What was delivered to me was not what I asked for, printed on paper I didnt ask for, but I got something. In the anything will do world thats a plus, right?

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by HelloPrint. From the quality of customer support to the speed of delivery and the excellent standard of the final prints, the entire experience has been just amazing. I would especially like to thank Gemma and Jeroen, who were exceptionally helpful throughout my order. I returned several times with questions and uncertainties that AI couldn't handle, they consistently responded with patience, expertise and a level of attention to detail that made a massive difference as without them my order wouldn't come out as intended. Their ability to review and refine my prints with such care and professional judgement is something no automated system could replicate.
I also received reassuring and helpful support from Lauren, which further reflects the strength of your team. Thank you so much guys, you really made this quite daunting experience of organising a public event so much less stressful!

Impressed with the HelloPrint for the great job on the stuff I ordered for a class friends’ reunion in London. The designs were produced by me and was hoping it will come out ok. HelloPrint were very quick in informing that the design was within the specifications after I uploaded them and thanks to their friendly feedback. The banner arrived in just 3 days, and other orders arrived at my doorstep in a week, faster than the date they updated me. The quality is marvellous! Arrived quickly but cut of paper was off.
I was impressed with how quickly my order came as well as the low price compared to other sites. The quality of the paper was better than expected as well. The only thing I did have an issue with was the cut of my 100 8.5 x 11 in flyer. The first 50 were cut correctly but the last 50 were cut too far inward on the right side and left all of my bleed exposed on the left side. I now have to manually trim off the excess to make the flyer symmetrical.
