A WOW type product

I remember when I was little, my brother dated a girl whose family had blinds that opened automatically. I thought it was the fanciest, coolest thing ever! My brother even joked that only really wealthy people had something like that. Their family was very well-off, and I always dreamed of having it in my own home someday. Now I finally do, thanks to RYSE, and it’s so satisfying! Everyone who visits is always impressed, and it’s one of those products that makes your home feel both cozier and more high-end at the same time.

Worth every penny!

Got a quote for 6k by a local company to come in and automate our blinds (said we had to fully replace our current blinds to receive the automation capability). So was so so happy to find this company and the product is amazing! Did the 3 pack to start and see how they work (work exactly as promised) and will definitely be purchasing for the rest of the home.

Great concept -Still working out pairing

We had some issues initially getting it to work, but they've been very responsive to set up a troubleshooting call. Our mother is in a senior housing place and the chain controls are too much for her to manage. She's excited about being able to control these with her phone.

Buyer Beware

I purchased this product in April, and it has been a constant source of frustration ever since. It repeatedly loses its position and has flipped in the wrong direction on its own—twice—rendering the entire system unusable. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I’ve received little to no meaningful support. At this point, I regret this purchase and cannot recommend it to others. Buyer beware.

Fast shipping and excellent…

Fast shipping and excellent instructions! This is super easy to set up and install, took me less than 10 minutes! The how to videos were super straight forward and helpful! I’ve had my smart curtains for two weeks now and I love them! Would recommend to anyone with curtains! Will be purchasing more :)

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Basically the blind units are very loud, crack, get worn out, lose their position, break your chains, etc.

I returned them and they claim I sent them a box of random clothes and blankets. Wild

reply to the company's comment: yeah i sent back the units, but you are scamming me. you sent me a pic of a box i did not send, you even put tape over the label to make it seem legit - i did not do that. company is scamming me

However, we have evidence and confirmation from our warehouse that the returned package we received does not contain any RYSE products. As a result, we are unable to process a refund.

Expensive, but works.

For an expensive product, it’s shipped directly from China. Expect a good week for delivery.

Product itself works as expected, however not very fast at moving the blinds up and down, even at 100% speed. Device is also a bit bulky, if your blinds are within the window frame, the blinds crash into the device.

Smart Bridge not very smart. Won’t recognise devices as “online” if you have a large house with multiple wifi points (mesh system) - as it thinks it’s on a different wifi network.

Not really worth the money.

These curtains are a no brainer

These curtains are a no brainer! They came well packaged and assembled! I scanned the QR code, followed the VERY detailed and in depth instructions and my curtain was ready to go in under 2 minutes! It comes with everything you need (including batteries!!). The app even had a functionality demo video which went over every thing about the device. I’m throughly impressed!

Better than an alarm clock!

Very simple to install! Was easy to customize the sun shade I already had since my windows aren't too tall. Battery lasts a reasonable time and I love being able to integrate a ryse bridge with Alexa. Helps me wake up easier in the morning.

Smart Curtains Working in 10 min

I installed two sets of Ryse Smart Curtains and the setup was incredibly smooth. Since I already had the hubs and compatible smart shades, everything integrated seamlessly. It took about 10 minutes to get all four devices (across two windows) fully operational, including syncing with Google Assistant and configuring scheduled routines. Quick, efficient, and hassle-free.
