Today I got my hello Sunday SPF45 mini serum and the bottle was pre-opened and empty. Never buying from the shop again.

I placed a click and collect order. I received excellent customer service and the package was ready for collection on time.

I would have given them 5 stars except I was supposed to receive a $2.79 refund as part of the order but did not receive it.

Website made it easy to find what I wanted. Fast and efficient service

Unfortunately my parcel went through a lot during the delivery process and was broken when it arrived, Hello Sunday was so fast in responding to my email and sent a new parcel straight away, when it was no fault of theirs at all. No hesitation in purchasing again.

Great timely postage however I expected a bigger cup and thought it would be mug sized.

This was my second time shopping with Hello Sunday because they stock some awesome cat-related cards that I get a kick out of reading.
The handmade gift wrap is really beautiful and there's a fair bit to choose from. My order was shipped same day and standard delivery took a week, so a pretty good turnaround all things said.

Got my item a couple of days after order. Their greeting card options on their website are great, varied and aesthetically pleasing. Some cheeky, some more on the sweeter side. Thank you Hello Sunday.

Beautiful quality printed paper and envelops the only not so good thing was the envelop stickers weren't very strong but overall very happy lovely box they come in very happy
