My bed was delivered today (sorry about my earlier panic) and it is superb. The white glove service was just that - they kept me informed and updated as to their arrival and erected the bed, took away all the packaging and were first class. Looking forward to bed time tonight. Thank you

Love our new bed
Love our new bed. The guys who delivered & assembled the bed were very professional & friendly. The only negative was no updates on the order after placing, then we were sent a text 1st thing sunday morning to say delivery would be that day which wasn't very convenient as we had to dismantle & move our old bed & already had plans for the day, but when I text back they didn't seem very keen on moving the delivery date to accommodate us. Queue mad rush before delivery, but worked out ok in the end & very happy all in all.

Absolutely gorgeous bed
Absolutely gorgeous bed. Fabric is true to the sample and style true to the website picture. We had a mix up with delivery in that there were parts of the bed missing. This did take a little longer than I would have liked to rectify but the product is totally worth it. Customer services were very responsive, helpful and communicated any delay promptly. The delivery company were very knowledgeable about the bed and how to build it. Overall very happy and would look to buy again.

Arrived within 7 days from ordering which was much better than anticipated. Beautiful headboard however I think the colour could have been better shown on the website as it is darker then expected. Nonetheless, quality feels amazing and love it overall!

Very friendly and responsive customer service, but an internal misunderstanding with the courier meant I was only given ~30 minutes delivery notice before the bed arrived!

Amazing product of such good quality for such a good price. I ordered a headboard and it is exactly what I wanted and the customer service was amazing. They made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond making sure that it was exactly what I wanted. The delivery was great and the delivery men were lovely and very COVID safe. Ordered the Chester double headboard in the Griege.
Very pleased with the quality and the price was very reasonable, after looking at lots of other Retailers .
Delivery was also very good with the 2 very polite men who also fitted it to my bed and took away all the packaging.
