I had a great experience with Hello Tickets for the Manchester City vs Real Madrid match at the Bernabéu.
I booked my ticket one week before the game and received it the day before the match, just as promised.
At first, I had selected a VIP ticket, and the one I received wasn’t VIP, but it was still in Category 1 and in the area I had chosen. The view and the atmosphere were amazing, so overall I’m very satisfied.

Weekend NFL à Madrid complètement gâché
Le 8 juillet 2025, j'ai acheté des billets pour le match Miami Dolphins vs. Washington Commanders qui a eu lieu à Madrid le 16 novembre.
Arrivée au stade Santiago Bernabéu, mes billets vendus par hello tickets étaient invalides et donc nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'événement.
Après de nombreux échanges et avoir été obligé de relancer régulièrement Hellotickets, j'ai finalement obtenu le remboursement de mes billets.
Ça m'a tout de même coûté 6 billets d'avion et deux nuits d'hôtel pour me rendre à un événement auquel je n'ai pas pu assister.
Le weekend a été complètement gâché.
On July 8, 2025, I purchased tickets for the Miami Dolphins vs. Washington Commanders game that took place in Madrid on November 16.
When I arrived at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, my tickets sold by Hellotickets were invalid, so we were unable to attend the event.
After numerous exchanges and being forced to regularly follow up with Hellotickets, I finally got a refund for my tickets.
It still cost me six plane tickets and two nights in a hotel to get to an event I couldn't attend.
The weekend was completely ruined.

I accidentally bought 2 tickets in different sections to the same Oasis concert.I immediately told them and obviously couldn't be in both sections. I Requested a refund and got no response at all.Of course they were super quick to take my money even though they did not have the tickets at that time!!

Only provided my tickets the day before the event. Then when I needed to change the name of the ticket due to illness the customer service didn't respond. They have no phone number only what's app and that took 12 hrs to even respond. They offered no compensation or apology. Given I paid 4x the actual price, very, very poor - would avoid!

we reported this issue to the company and they refund us and gave us a credit for our future purchase

Great customer support. Steep prices.
I paid 460 dollars for a concert ticket in Riyadh a week ago. Price was too steep, even for a sold-out concert. Still, customer support worked great when I asked about the tickets delivery. The entire experience was smooth from this angle.
