Wynd had exceptional customer service and were very understanding when I reached out from Canada on behalf of my organization. They were fair and responded quickly and resolved our request in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Wynd to anybody looking to use their services.
The absolute worst company. Sent their terrible product back, still trying to charge my recurring saying they never received it, and is an absolute nightmare to cancel. Avoid this company at all costs. Their product is terrible and absolutely does not work well.
I bought several of Wynd’s products throughout the years. The concept is great, if the products performed well it would even be better. The Halos frequently all show different numbers making the readings inaccurate. One of the portable air purifiers caught fire when I was recharging it. I contacted Wynd support several times and didn’t get a response after the initial reply. They also haven’t replied to me about a question I had with placing an order. I guess they don’t care about my business either. I really do not like posting bad reviews but the way they ignored and treated me, I just don’t want this experience to happen to anyone else.
