It took four days then they asked for another photo of the doc
I switched from the laptop to my phone mid-session and lost the sound and stake settings. Had to set it all up once again and fired off an extra spin by accident.
Logging in became a whole saga. Kept getting kicked out mid-session on a cheap tablet, sometimes right in a bonus round, and the round wouldn't always be there when I got back in. Reset my password twice thinking it was me. Faye on support eventually said there was a 'known issue' they were working on. Would've been nice to know that before I lost a couple of rounds to it.
