My experience
I performed several deposits and withdrawals, and they all worked fine. Even withdrawals in the $8000-range went fine, over two bank transfers. So do not be scared by other reviews saying otherwise.
HOWEVER;
There are no option to self-exclude, limit or close the account other than trying to make support do it for you, and then they will transfer you to a "vip support" that will tempt you with bonuses to stay.
I find that certain games run slower through hellspin, than other providers. Especially games from play&go and pragmatic.
Bonuses have Very strict terms, Max bet is $5, and if you are lucky enough to win over $10000, they will confiscate the funds exceeding this amount. I lost $4000 that way, after a decent 2800x on $5.
Even After you have played the necessary X times the bonus amount and all bonus money is converted to "real" money, the same terms apply. So if you still give hellspin a chance and have completed a bonus, for gods sake withdraw whatever you have in the account and then redeposit with no bonuses attached.
No scams, just slow and strict - compared to my regular sites.
