DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS SITE!!! WE PLACED AND ORDER, OUR CARD WAS CHARGED AND WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. WE HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND SIMPLY GET EMAILS EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS WITH A DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT THE ORDER.

We ordered a dress for my daughters prom, did not receive a confirmation email and the dress arrived this week far larger than expected despite us taking pains to order according to the size guidelines online and with no tags or packing slip. To date I have emailed 3 times asking to return the item and received no response from the company. I note they are very quick to respond to positive reviews on trust pilot!! Please think twice before ordering- there is a lot of money at stake for an item that proves extremely difficult and perhaps impossible to return.
As a continuation of this review following the response below from Hellymoon, thank you for your well worded reply but please don’t pretend to care if you have absolutely no intention of letting me return this item. As requested I once again emailed (4th time) and once again have received no reply.

The dresses are perfectly fine, but not the correct size for my daughter. I got a sinking feeling when they arrived with no tags or packing slip. They look new but have no tags or labels. I purchased them based on the stated promise of being able to return them as online shopping is a crap shoot on sizing. I've emailed Hellymoon multiple times since I received the dresses to initiate a return and no one is responding. Email is the only way of contacting them Have I been scammed? Am I out $250 for 2 dresses my daughter can't wear?
I also ordered from Zapaka, not knowing that they are the SAME company (yes, I am naive and didn't google both companies to check reviews. We were excited to find prom dresses she likes and jumped on ordering). There is even LESS time to initiate a return with Zapaka so if those dresses don't fit, (if they ever arrive) am I out even more money?
Hellymoon/Zapaka, please respond. Please make returns easier and faster. Please respond to customers' emails within 48 hours, especially if you allow returns only in a short window of time. Perhaps all will be made right and I can update this review but for now, I'm pretty worried that I'm out a lot of money.
Update May 9th. The company did respond eventually and said they wanted me to be "100% satisfied" with my purchase and would need photos of the dressed to start a return. I sent those immediately and a couple of days later, they offered a 20% discount on alterations. I said I wanted to return them and get a refund and they stopped responding. I have emailed several more times but have not gotten a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU PLAN TO KEEP THE DRESSES AND WILL NEVER WANT TO MAKE A RETURN. Their return policy is 100% deceptive.

WBHMUS9875— Company sent 1 of the 3 dresses I ordered. They did credit me for the 2 not sent, but the 3rd dress arrived late so it needs to be returned! I emailed and said I’ve never opened the package and I got an email response saying I had to take pictures of the item to start the return process! So I opened up the package for a dress we won’t even use just to take pictures. Sent them in, and of course NO RESPONSE! The dress is nice and would have been great if it would have arrived when the website said it would - and I paid express shipping! Nice product but poor delivery and customer service!

There is no ability to return without contacting the seller which is incredibly frustrating. Please ask the customer service team to contact me asap.

If I could rate this company with a 0 stars on their return policy, I would!! I sent the dress back and they received is Mar 17th. I've been speaking with their live chat for weeks now, no updates, still stating they are waiting for the warehouse to verify. It's been over a month now!!! What a joke! You better pray you love your dress, cause if you don't, you're screwed!
