The Help Desk Migration is great tool
The Help Desk Migration tool helped me migrate from Zendesk to Jira service desk. In my case the migration was complicated. Our Zendesk instance had multiple groups. Help Desk Migration team created customizations to accommodate the migration. Migration went smooth.
