Total scam
The information was poor and added no real value. I used the site once for a single search and was later charged $29.99 without clearly understanding that I was being enrolled in a subscription. This is a very misleading business practice.
I specifically used a temporary, one-time account only to test your service before deciding whether it was worth creating a permanent account. Had the experience been positive and the service provided meaningful value, I would have considered registering properly and becoming a paying customer. Unfortunately, the service did not meet those expectations.
I no longer have access to the email address associated with that temporary account, nor do I have access to the account itself. However, I do have a receipt showing a $29.99 charge that I neither knowingly authorized nor intended to subscribe to.
Given these circumstances, I request the immediate cancellation of any active subscription associated with my payment details and a full refund of the $29.99 charge.
If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank as an unauthorized recurring charge and report the issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others.

They offer a service that on the face…
They offer a service that on the face of it appears a "one off" enquiry to tempt in people who may have a justified curiosity about a number, but then they seem to entrap them into a subscription with repeated monthly charges, a "con" in fact since who need to check on who calls them on a repeated monthly basis, perhaps a few. Worse is that (as in my case) if you bother to read their "Therms&Conditions" and realised that there is as risk of you being repeatedly charged for something you do not need and switch off before agreeing to anything, they then try it on with a "first" charge which even if disputed has a chance of getting through as you feel you are lucky to get away with just that. I have come across this type of services before and the way they operated is utterly reprehensible.
