Beware! No customer support!

The app and services would somewhat be okay, but they have absolutely no customer support.
Closing tickets without any reply or help!
Also they cannot open existing tickets and whenever another member takes over a case, they start everything over. Every-single-time.
They are absolutely inadequate.
Beware!

As long as you don't have issues, it might work out.
