Disney Plus is a joke

Disney Plus is a joke. Countless problems and can never get the ESPN + logged in. Seems like everyone has this problem based on countless posts on how to solve. Customer service is appalling As in there is very little to none. Save your money go elsewhere for your Bundle with sports. Just finally cancelled. Oddly enough it was the only easy thing about this bundle.

Appalling

Appalling. Complete waste of money and time as an app and their customer service.
Logging in to the app is a challenge on its own, some times it may work, other times not. Error messages etc. when you contact them they are less than useless!
Despite paying for the service it’s impossible to watch when you want and when you contact help the only suggestion is to setup a new account with a different address!?

Disney+ is a waste of money

Disney+ is a waste of money. We have a good internet connection at home but every time i watch on Disney+ its always log. So i decided to download the movie and watch it. But sad to say it's still the same. It's always connecting. So all need to do now is finish my subscription and unsubscribe. Shoutout to Disney+ please give us service that we deserve because this in not free.! And by the way i still can't watch Disney+ on my tv because every time i log in it says wrong email. Its so annoying that my kids can't watch on the tv.

Removed groupwatch

Was great when it first arrived, good selection of content, movies and TV shows. But they removed groupwatch, which was honestly a key feature for me to use Disney+ over Netflix or YouTube. Have been subscribed since pretty much day one even putting up with the subscription price rising, but I won’t be renewing next year.

Worst company for customer service

Can’t stream certain programmes despite paying for them. Disney are aware of the issue but haven’t solved it. Yet won’t issue me a refund. Absolute disgrace. Will not be renewing

Not for kids

Disney has gone too far with all this woke messaging rubbish. I will not let my children be brainwashed by this rubbish. Have cancelled our subscription and deleted rhe app. This is not good for your children you are setting yourselves up for alot of future problems and awkward questions.

I have a hdmi cord and an adapter…

I have a hdmi cord and an adapter because where I live we cannot get internet. The tv kept throwing a message saying change cords so we did so and nothing worked still. So we called customer service and they said we needed a specific cord and so we bought the specific cord and it still didn’t work. So when we called back today to figure out why they would tell us to buy something that wouldn’t work, the first representative hung up on us which is super unprofessional. So then we called back and waited 30 minutes on hold for another representative and she basically couldn’t give any answer at all so I’ve cancelled my subscription because what’s the point in paying for it for my daughter and she can’t even watch it.

Dis+ going rotten

I don't get people's buffering problems I live in the country and have internet that runs at a solid 2.5mbp on a good day and it plays fine on any device unless it's really bad weather. That said not worth the money anymore have paid for this year but if something doesn't change, i.e good programs with no agenda's to ruin everything, will be cancelling next year.

Took a monthly payment twice lied and refused to refund without closing my account down

Took a monthly payment twice. Told multiple stories and lies of how they didn’t even though I provided proof of this to kyra.s on chat and the payment Referwnce codes. Yet they still kept lying to me they hadn’t received it and been threatened to close my account down if they did refund me. Then after another call with the bank whilst still on the chat to Disney and providing reference codes and making threats to open a fraudulent case against them for taking two payments without my consent all of a sudden it was refunded even though she said she would close down my account if it was refunded lol Disney well known for things going missing especially families and children. Now money is being added to disneys list of missing things

It always buffer

It always buffer. We have a brand new tv and we have 100mps up and downloading fibre wi-fi.
I will not renew my subscription. Very annoying.

RUBBISH

Had a previous subscription wish l cancelled through choice and after about 6 months decided to sign up again and, the woman in customer service without explanation refused to re start the subscription.
I will never ever sign up to this rubbish again, with that attitude you don't deserve to be in business and, if l could give zero stars l would. Absolute nightmare and bad attitude

Not worth it

I've had Disney plus for almost a year. I'm about to just delete the subscription. It's not worth it.
They don't complete their seasons most of the time and the only reason to get it would be to see movies in between theatre and dvd release. If prime has all the new Disney movies so should Disney.

Just get a prime and HBO.
