Don't waste time and money on this hoax like I did. It doesn't work & no one answers the phone. Whatever diluted form of Microsoft Word this claims to be, it is totally useless. When you call it's not even a person; It's some kind of AI mechanical voice & your message falls into a black hole.

My microsoft 365 applications stopped working since Jan 5th, 2025. Since then I have been emailing my issue but no resolution yet. On multiple followups for one email response, the support personnel Matt response back with a new user id and password, to reinstall the office applications. I have done that at least 7/8 times by now. I have called so many times, the support number (833) 702-1570, different days at different time of the day, but never got through anyone. Left VM but never got a call back. Helpful download site speaks about "Top Notch Support" facility and this is the support i get. If anyone has any suggestion of how to deal with this, please let me know. I have ran out of options here now...

the information provided to download the product was invalid. After seeing other reviews, I'm asking for a refund. This should work 100% the first time. No one has time to waste trying to contact these people. Phone number is generic computer-voice answered. Email not responded to.

Fast and reliable

I left a phone message on both November 26 and November 27 asking for a return phone call. No one has called and no one has ever answered the phone. Phone support used to be better but now it sucks. Good prices? Yes. Post sale support? Terrible.

Refund for purchase never happened on a bad Win 10 Pro activation code.
Lost confidence and will not buy here again.
Beware of some certain purchases.

Nov 12, 2024 - Bought a MS Office, the order was successful, Received email that download instructions would be sent within 5-10 mins. Nothing after 24 hrs.
The number (833) 702-1570 is not operational - called 10 times so far and its the same recorded message.
Also emailed to info at helpfuldownloads twice so far - nothing.
How can we trust if there is no support?

Non 13, 2024 - the number (833) 702-1570 is useless. Finally received the username/password, but that combination is incorrect. Sent email again to info at helpfuldownloads and waiting continues. Horrible experience. Taking 2 days for a simple 5-10 minute online delivery (as advertised).

Nov 14, 2024 - Try calling that number +18337021570 yourself (directed to anyone at helpfuldownloads) and see if you can get to a real person. Its a standard recorded message for last 3 days.

Nov 15, 2024 - Nobody from helpfuldownloads reached out to me yet. It has been 4 days for a simple online process that should have taken 10 mins.
The reply mentions 'You can reached us by sending us an email or call us at +18337021570.' - Check my emails and voice messages please - there are few already. Well you heard from me; but no response from your side then.
Horrible service. Why sell products if cannot provide service.

Emmanuel took his time and was very patient with me. He provided me with all of my options. He went above and beyond with showing me how to navigate through the Teams app. I think he is an asset to your company. This is my best experience by far! He was GREAT! The download wasn't available and when I called customer service multiple times, no one called back. I'm surprised you're seeking feedback considering that the whole thing is a scam.

Your Company is a Fraud. You did not provide a process to download. You don't answer calls! I've notified my bank to reverse payment.

I don’t like the product and see no reason for having a password to use it.

As like all the times I have purchased licenses, this has been quick, easy and quite frankly a nice change to have automation actually work for the customer.

The first response, with the email and password, did not work after multiple attempts and workarounds.
When I told customer service it was having problems, they immediately sent an alternative login.
It worked as I had expected.
Persistence pays off.

Customer since 2022. Easy and clear instructions, great prices. Product is legit, registered with Microsoft, no problems at all what so ever. Will use again.

I downloaded this and now I can’t own it without renewing my subscription…..it is horrible!
