Honest, fair people
So complicated I could not figure it out and gave up. Out the $30. However, they gave me a call, appologized for the inconvience and returned my money. I believe these are very reputable people and for someone more tech savvy than me would find this site very useful

Poor Customer Service
I sent you an email asking for help in downloading the Windows 11 upgrade file. I descrbed to you the problems I was having. I didn’t not receive a response from you after more than a week. I even followed up by phone and left you a message at 1-833-702-1570 requesting for you to call me back but I did not get a return call. I surely am not satisfied with your inattention. You just lost a customer.

Excellent Customer Service
The online support was very helpful when the software quit working. Was impressed with the immediate customer service for a reasonable inexpensive piece of software (Microsoft Office).
My only complaint was I was having a difficult time understanding Emmanuel during the help with the language barrier.

I Purchased MS Office 365 license and tried installing it. I had bunch of issues and reached out to their support team. I did receive response from support team providing some set of info. But whatever the solutions that were given didn't work at all. I did send all the screen captures and all the error messages that i had received. But i haven't received any updates from last 3 dys and the installation did not complete and couldn't activate the license still. Had only issues still not resolved nor i have had any luck in getting the Office 365 product working so far. I would be requesting for refund as i am not happy with support nor with the purchase as it did not work.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered Windows Server 2019 software and within 2 minutes received an email with install instructions and a "NULL" activation code. NULL means not useable. I called and was told I would receive an activation code within 15 minutes. No code received. I called 30 minutes later and left a message to refund my money. Once I get my MasterCard bill, if I have not been refunded I will be reporting this as a fradulent charge. Don't use this company

OLD USER WHO IS DISAPPOINTED
I have had help DOWNLOADING but nevw=er was told how to upload and use. I need help FROM THE PLACE I AM, I do not need to start over like Technician Attaboye wants. That uses up the 30 minutes and never gets to a point where I can use MS365'. I need someone who can pick me up where I left off, or just get me going!

Password Doesn't work
I did receive the instructional email, printed it and the PDF that was attached. I watched the video too but I don't get the same prompts and when I enter the user that was sent it proceeds to password but it does NOT accept the Password from your email.
How do I proceed?
