Hit and miss
I rarely get the cleaner I select, and have had experiences where cleaners just didn't show up. Helplings has been responsive and has provided discounts after these experiences, however it has felt a been hit and miss with getting cleaners to come. When they do come, the experience has been good.

Very easy to schedule cleaners and get a clean. Everything on credit card as well which makes it easy and not having to remember to have cash!

Poor cleaners and poor customer service
This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve had an issue with helpling. Once a cleaner fly tipped and they offered me 10% off my next clean if I cashed in within 2 weeks… second time I had a last min cancellation with no apology … now my cleaner hasn’t showed and phone lines for Helpling are closed.
Poor cleaners on site and poor customer service that makes it feel like your problem.

It's a bit confusing
It's a bit confusing, really. I didn't get the level of cleaning I expected and I'm not sure I want to give it another go since there are so few rangers available with many reviews and I wasn't placed with one that had many reviews. I'd like to cancel future cleanings
