I found a gem

I found such a gem of a cleaner! The app is easy to book also reoccuring appointments or cancle if you need it! From my experience it is all really smooth!

Hi I’m a very good cleaners and I’m always satisfied with my customer but at the end of the day .. some of them give me great star and nice comment on my platform and end up not paying me after a long clean so those are my challenging here I have an on paid money for more than 3months now and another for 1month which is sad

My first experience with Helpling

My first experience with Helpling, and my first cleaner did not show up. Helpling got a replacement for the next day. The original cleaner asked for 30 euro per hour. I noticed that Helpling promised the same rate to the second cleaner, who had been willing to take 18,50 euro per hour. Customer service responded to me immediately and was able to negotiate a lower price with the second cleaner. The second cleaner came on time and did a super job.

Do not use this platform

Do not use this platform! I rescheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance as I was no longer going to be in the country, however as the cleaning provider didn't accept the new date, the platform kept the original appointment and I was charged 80 EUR for an appointment that I had changed. Customer service were terrible after I shared proof of my reschedule. A platform shouldn't keep an appointment if a reschedule is made, and atleast offer a refund if the techinical error is on their side. There are better alternatives out there, don't use this site!

EDIT:
My one star review still stands - despite Helpling performatively reaching out to me below. An offer of 10EUR voucher for your platform is just further insult to what I have already experienced above. No one has taken the time to understand why this is a poor customer experience and even worse customer service. I will no longer use your platform, so how does a 10 EUR voucher make up for the 80 EUR I was wrongfully charged? DON'T USE THIS PLATFORM

I have booked a deep cleaning with my…

I have booked a deep cleaning with my flat. During the cleaning session, the agent get in touch with me insist on double counting the number of windows we need to clean, otherwise, refuse to clean the windows.

Our window size are within the limits and descriptions from Helpling descriptions. But the agent insist on double counting it (each window has two sections counted as two).

This is exhortation and financial fraud.

Nice people and their beautiful homes

I love the fact that I am able to work at my own pace, meeting different people all the time, Luckily for me all the people I have met are so nice and have beautiful home.

My only problem is sometimes the client doesn’t have complete cleaning supplies, I will be happy if the app can advise clients about how to prepare before an appointment
