Very quick delivery and the ResMed Airsense 10 works well. Just 4 stars, because the unit did not ship with a power cord, and I did not receive the unit that I thought I was ordering. Confusing number of options for Resmed 10's, and I ordered the wrong model. Be careful to read the descriptions, and I think they should provide more info on their website to highlight differences. A comparison table would be nice. The "card to cloud" model I received has no cellular connectivity and it does not communicate with the Resmed App. You have to bring or send the sd card to your provider for them to review your sleep data. I did not realize this until after I had opened the box and hooked up the equipment.

ordered cpap mask - received, used briefly, and found it to be defective. However, they say once package opened, can't get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money & offer no recourse to faulty equipment.

Eric and Help Medical Supplies were incredibly helpful when I needed a replacement part for a CPAP for a visiting relative. Eric responded to my request immediately and they had the tube that I needed. I was able to pick it up within an hour. Eric was great, and available to call in case we had any questions. Great location in the city for easy pick up, and a really good price.

Superior service and fast shipping. Excellent price for the ResMed AirCurve 10. In fact, we paid significantly less out of pocket than we did when we bought the original one 8 years prior through our insurance.

I bought a Mirage Quattro Full face mask from these people and it never worked out of the box. It leaked so bad it was usless from the first try. When I tried to send it back they refused because it was a "hygienic item" but they never defined what a hygienic item was. The mask cost 50% more than other comparable masks. Do not do business with this company

I would like to extend an appreciative thanks to "Jeanette" and "Nick" for their friendly and knowledgable assistance. I suffer from "Long Covid" and after 10 months of recovery, I am ready to get back to work, but I had the most difficult time finding the unit I researched, and Jeanette found me a better alternative in, literally, 10 seconds, it was so fast and Nick text me the specs while I was talking to Jeanette...What a team...and I was able to pay a little extra to get it next day. I am currently functioning with a 80% lung capacity and in order for me to get back some semblance of my life pre-Covid, I needed a POC for recreation, work, traveling etc. Great Big Thanks to Jeanette😇, Nick😇, and HMS🇺🇸💯%

I came to NYC for the weekend realized I forgot my CPAP Power cord. Found Help medical by googling and saw it was fairly close to my hotel--a long walk. So called and Eric said to come right over He had three cords for me to choose from and luckily had the exact one and it was inexpensive too, just $62. So glad I found them.

I came to NYC on a Saturday to move a daughter into college and discovered I had somehow forgotten my CPAP mask. I googled “Resmed suppliers near the East Village” and found Help Medical Supplies. When I called, Eric was so helpful and told me he had just what I needed. When I arrived and picked up the mask, he was such a nice guy and helped me get just the right fit. Thanks Eric for saving me from a weekend of disruptive snoring!
