Good quality but abominable customer service

I've owned a Helsport tent for over 10 years now. The quality is absolutely superb. But... there customer service is really bad. After contacting them via the website it took them 6 weeks to reply. No excuses were made for replying so tardy. By then I had gone ahead and purchased replacement items for the tent. After receiving them it turned out they didn't fit on my tent. When I expressed my disappointment, I never got excuses or any solution. Just the statement: "yes, these replacement parts don't fit your tent"

No replies from Customer Service

I made a purchase on 09/09/2025 and the status of the order in the webpage is "New" and I still did not receive the product. I sent 3 messages in their website where it says "contact us", asking for status and no replies (saken din 415907, 414541 and 419860). There is no telephone number to call, nothing.
