Once ordered a chair when they used to have it on the site. Now no chair and no refund, i send them mails about that and they replied with that they have no longer that chair and package was lost. After few messages they told me they filled refund, which i didnt get after few months.
Now url is hemiaw.com and site is called Simikj.

+On the 13th September I place an order for an Ergonomic HBADA X7 Smart Office Chair, to be sent to my address in Republic of Ireland, Europe.
+On the 14th September, I recieved email with a tracking number.
+On the 6th October, the shipping company stated the package was delivered, but I never received or signed for anything, and I informed that same day via mail to the shipping company and to the seller help. at hemiaw.info
+On 7th October, they sent email informing a claim with the shipper was in progress and would take 2-3 working day for them to get back with resolution
+On 13th October, as they did not contact, I sent another email asking for resolution
+On 14th October they offer a resolution a 30% refund for the product not received. I did refuse that solution, as is not my fault the package was not delivered to me.
Then they told me they could send me "again" the product if I paid 15 $ for the shipment.
I did refused to pay anymore shipment cost, and requested or the full refund for the product not received or the shipment of the a new chair.
+On 15th October, they accept to pay for the cost of the new shipment but advice I would have to wait 25 days
+On 27th November I contact them again to inquire about the new shipment.
+On 28th November they provide a new tracking number
+On 13th December the package is showing as in final airport destination LOS ANGELES, USA.
I sent email to inform the package was shipped to the wrong continent.
They respond the shipments can take some time to get it resolved
+Advice the package was shipped to USA when should have been shipped to Republic of Ireland in Europe, and at this point as I have lost confidence in resolution of the issue in a timely manner I request the full refund of the amount paid. Total Price:€ 69.69
+On 15th December they offer 50% refund
+I refuse 50% refund, as is not my responsability the first shipment was not delivered correctly, and the second shipment was sent to the wrong continent.
I did communicate them on timely manner the wrong doing from the courier side in first instance and the wrong doing from their shipment on the second. I should not be penalised cause their mistakes,
