I’ll be very honest: I got to know them through the giveaway they organized. I liked the fact that they kept in touch with me until I received the prize, and even afterwards, which I think is a fantastic detail. Personally, they gave me the impression that they are a team that truly cares, is involved, and wants to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
Another very pleasant aspect was that the shipping took very little time, considering that I live in Romania. The jacket I won is absolutely gorgeous, and they took into account the size I had provided. I really appreciate their gesture, their attention, and their involvement. 😊

I find the quality of the coats really beautiful, and they keep you very warm thanks to the high percentage of wool.

Perfect leather jacket
Ordered on Feb 11th, arrived Feb 23rd. So happy with this jacket! The fit is perfect, definitely trust the sizing tool and model measurements. I went with an M instead of an S and it was the right choice. The cut is exactly what I wanted and the leather looks amazing. Packaging was beautiful too. I was a bit nervous since it was my first order, but absolutely no regrets!

I ordered a wool coat. It is a little too big for me, so I requested to return it. As for others, they cited high custom and shipping fees, but they offered me a gift card for the value of the item to keep it instead of returning. I haven't actually redeemed the gift card yet, so I may have to return to change my review lol, but so far I was impressed by the responsive and nice customer service.

Very poor quality clothing that uses fancy boxes and clothing bags to pass off as a luxury brand. Customer service is equally poor making returns very difficult and inconvenient. Seems to be a drop shipping merchant. Would not recommend.

I ordered a coat after my coworker had one that was so beautiful! Mine took a long time to ship and was HUGE for a medium. The quality is good but not fabulous. I am excited to exchange it for a smaller size but I’m not sure I would run to reorder in the future. I’m frustrated by the fact that I have to pay for international shipping for the exchange.

I ordered a coat, £200, it came and it looks completely different, tried to return and they kept trying to make me keep it, then had to pay £13 for a return to Germany, just for them to keep purposely missing the delivery and ignoring my emails.

Very bad experience, I recommend not purchasing from this site. Shipping took a month, with constant requests for information. Customer service is polite, but in my opinion it’s AI. The conversation is pre-set.
Returning the goods is unthinkable because you have to cover the shipping costs.
The products come from China, the quality is average; I bought three different products.
The puffer jacket is really poor quality. The price–quality ratio is terrible. Prices are far too high for what they are…
Never again. If you’re undecided, don’t buy.
