MAYBE SCAM WATCH OUT

Made order March 5, today March 27. No delivery or order confirmation yet. I ask them before order if they are scam company, they answer no. I ask for lab analysis, they send it to me. I make order for 200 eur, after that, only excuses, no product. I tell them in e-mails to cancel order, they promise me delivery that week. I say ok and wait, but no delivery that week. They promise me delivery next week. I say ok and wait, but no delivery that week. Now, no answer when I say I want cancel & refund.
Very bad experience.
I will report them on SHOP as scam company if they don't answer or fix this.
