Hempheaven 

For my first order, what was promised as a few days delivery time turned into more than two weeks before they even sent it. They told me I would receive a gift for the inconvenience, but I didn’t receive anything, and they swapped my order. Now, for my second order, I placed it three weeks ago, and it took them five days to process my payment. I’ve sent them six emails regarding this order, and they haven’t responded to the last two. However, in an earlier email, they mentioned that if it didn’t arrive by the 20th, I would get my money back. Since then, they haven’t written anything, even though today is the 23rd, and there’s no update on the whereabouts of my package.
