Been using Hench Club for over 5 years now, product always grade A, yes I’ve had delayed deliveries but this is life, had my M&S food shop delivery delayed last week, dont mean it’s a scam, send the lads at Hench a email they may not reply in 5mins they have a life as well, be patient they will get back to you and resolve any issues. Never let me down.

SCAM- you pay for your product and then nothing turns up with them blanking your emails.

Product turned up..took longer than advertised but i got the correct product as paid for.
Tracking number came same day as delivery never mind. Least i got what i ordered.

I’ve been using this company for a couple of years now and have had no problems whatsoever. If there’s a delay in items being sent, I’m informed promptly and offered an alternative. Excellent customer service and excellent products, with a quick turnaround time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

There was som technical error with postage company, which made me slightly concerned.
So I requested refund which was given to me in a timely fashion.

Have used this company before and had a good experience
Bought some items again and paid the £7.00 next day delivery, 5 days on and still waiting and no response
I would avoid using this company there are many more companies on line that do a much better job

They were prompt in responding to my emails and any questions I had. Payment went through ok and it was all sent out the next day and received the day after.

I’m very happy with my order and will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Some items ordered were not in stock, alternatives were offered for similar prices and all in all it’s been great service, took 2 days to receive my order, good communication, brilliant service, would definitely recommend!

Ordered three times none of the times they had what I ordered. It was ok the first time as communication was good the second time was odd but at least there was communication. The third time I was almost completely ignored. I'm not a big user but I'm loyal so I guess I didn't bring in enough money. But not recommended

SCAM!! Do not buy from this website. Total waste of time and money. Anything more than 1 star is a Fake review! I’m currently in the process of getting my money back and getting this website banned. Numerous excuses as to why my delivery is late, won’t give me a tracking number to prove anything has been sent and responses are a myth from this company… IF YOU’RE PLANNING ON DOING A SERIOUS CYCLE WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT DELAYS AND UNEXPECTED BREAKS FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!

Never again, only ordered two Items both were changed without consulting me, Not recommended.

I have made multiple purchases from them and all the products have been of high quality. I've never had any issues. Great products and great service!

Very good company who are flexible and respond in a timely manner to questions. The quality of their products is very good.

It’s always worrying when you use a new site for purchases, but I tried this one a few months ago and haven’t looked back.

- Great products.
- Excellent customer service (with an actual human. Massive plus)
- Next day delivery (I hate waiting)
- IF a product is out of stock, which is rare in my experience. They will contact, offer an alternative, with no worries if you don’t take.

All you want out of a shopping experience is the above. This place has it.

Basically, I bought something and didn't work at all. Let you know I am training for 7 years and trust me, I have much experience for these products. I am very disapointed. BTW, in real life, they don't look like in the pictures.

Item does not look anything like legit. For sure it is not original as the packaging look completely different than on their website. Will look somewhere else for my next supply.
