Assuming this is the crypto scammers not the medical group. Ask them any standard question. I asked how do I log out, their reply "good" and account suspended.. .. friend asked about term and conditions, their reply "technical support does not deal with issues of your trust and does not encourage you to take any action." Their account has now also been suspended. Also I believe they used ai to imitate Elon Musk as an endorsement. I bet he has no idea his image and voice is being used in this scam.
