Super customer service in Orlando store! Unhappy with billing/company service.

In store service, exceptional!!! I had requested online/paperless billing. I received neither. I called when I received an email from collection for the $107.00 owed. I immediately paid my bill!!!!!!, and cancelled the account. I normally pay my bills when received. I receive their sale emails everyday though!
My credit score was dropped over 100 points!
!! I did not appreciate the business practice.

I am a first-time buyer on Henri Bendel…

I am a first-time buyer on Henri Bendel and from start, to finish it was pleasantly easy to purchase my item. The site is very user-friendly and any questions I had customer service was able to answer quickly. The bag I purchased is a bridal shower gift and I had it monogrammed as well as gift wrapped. When the package was delivered it was beautifully wrapped and the item itself with the monogram was perfect. I will definitely shop here again for myself. Thanks again.
