I am incredibly frustrated with Henrik Ravn. They showed up and performed work on my tiny 14 sqm garden without ever contacting me or giving me any advance notice. The very first time I heard from them was when they sent me a surprise bill.
I fully expect their reply to this review will be to pass the blame and say, "The housing association told us to do it." However, if you are a professional company that is going to send a bill directly to a resident, it is your responsibility to contact that resident before you start the work.
You do not just blindly show up, do work without permission, and demand money after the fact.
A serious company communicates with the person paying the bill. Because of their complete lack of respect and poor communication, I strongly recommend avoiding them.
