Have ordered from this company many times in the past and never had any issues. However, I placed a year subscription order with them last May and never received anything.

No communication from the Company. No refund. As I bought other gifts, we didn’t realise that the sock present hadn’t been delivered until recently.
As this seems to be other’s experience on Trustpilot, how can a company set itself up. Take peoples’ money. But not deliver the goods purchased?
No items delivered no refund no correspondence
Having previously purchased sock subscriptions I happily purchased another for my husband in April (or early May I can’t quite remember). Picture tumbleweed rolling across my vision. I’ve messaged them through their contact me facility online and tried ringing the number but it is not recognised. I’ve tried contacting them through Instagram and now going to try husband’s Facebook but I’m at my wit’s end. Appalling.
Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. DON'T BOTHER. Daughter bought me a sock subscription, only got 2 pairs and then they stopped. No email response, phone doesn't work and office closed. What a rip off!!
Socks do not arrive
Like others - I ordered a 6 month subscription, received one pair of socks on time, the next was a month late, and the remaining 4 have never arrived. They have blamed Brexit/Covid, and perhaps that's true, but they should not be taking new orders and new customer's money when they clearly know they cannot fulfill those orders.

First of all if this absolute shambles of a company has let you down and you purchased from NOTHS then stop reading, send NOTHS an email or even better send them a complaint through Facebook. Get as much money back as you can, don't waste your time with Henry J Socks. We got our money back for the socks not delivered.
Back to the review. The socks are ok quality. Great designs on most. That's it, I don't have anything else positive to say. It's a scam of a company that takes your money but doesn't deliver. Absolutely no customer support response.

They take your money and disappear.
My partner was given a 12 month subscription for Christmas by my SIL. He received the first pair in the middle of December, but has received nothing since. I don't understand how the website hasn't been closed down, as these fraudsters are still taking money from people for subscriptions they have no intention of fulfilling.
Terrible service, avoid
First month subscription took a long time to arrive. Second month is a no show. Have left messages and waiting to hear back but having read the reviews below I'm not holding my breath. I ordered via Not On The High Street, you hope being a big, well know site the sellers are trustworthy. Clearly not.

Same as everyone else - purchased my husband a year's subscription of socks for Christmas. Got the 1st pair and then nothing - messaged them via NOTH - they replied saying there had been a delay and I should receive them week 27th Jan. Nothing appeared - I messaged again, no reply. NOTH messaged them no reply. Outrageous service - they clearly have stopped their business and NOTH are either pretending they have no idea or are oblivious!
Socks are 'no show'
I would give them zero stars if I could. Like others on here, the experience started well. I bought a 6 month subscription as a Christmas gift. December's socks arrived on 23rd December - so perfect timing. January's did not turn up. I have emailed (no response), rung them (no reply), and tried to message them through 'Not on the High Street' where I had ordered. I had the standard response from NoTHS - they would let me know when they heard from their supplier - but just a resounding silence from them. Appalling customer service! The website looks so classy, and I have never before been let down by suppliers on Not on the High Street, but don't be fooled by this lot!
I'm going to go to Paypal for a refund next.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Paid for a years subscription and only received 1 pair. Have contacted numerous time and telephoned but no response. Have now contacted Citizens Advice and my bank and have now been offered legal support to retrieve my money. An absolute disgrace and crooks.

Where are my socks
I ordered a 6-month subscription and only received 3 months. When I emailed to ask where they were, I was asked to confirm my address, and then they ignored this response. I sent a follow-up email, in case my original email had ended up in spam, but they also ignored this. Very disappointed.
Dodgy and impossible to contact
I have never received my firsts subscription box. I have called them countless times and sent three emails but never received a reply. I felt scammed and had to cancel the subscription having never received a delivery
Stay away from this company.
Let me start by saying I’m an idiot. I ordered a 3 month subscription for my husband for his birthday after recommended by a reliable friend who has only had wonderful experiences with them. He did not receive his socks on the date I booked. Then the next month did not arrive, nor the month after. But they at least replied to me and he eventually received his socks.
Now here’s the idiot part. I decided to do a 3 month subscription for my 2 sons for Christmas. Benefit of the doubt and all that. The first 2 pairs arrived (late) but at least before Christmas. But the second pairs haven’t arrived and I have had a gutful, as now they are not replying to my messages or answering the phone. The socks themselves are ok, my husband likes the quirkiness of them and we haven’t noticed quality issues as others have, but this company is vile in how they treat their customers. They cannot get this service right and I have learnt from my very stupid mistake and will not be buying from them again. Ever.

A complete and utter rip off in every respect. A three delivery subscription was gifted to me as a birthday gift. The first delivery was fine and the correct size although the socks were average supermarket quality. However the subsequent two deliveries arrived late, with the socks two sizes too small and the socks poor quality. When we asked the company for the correct sized socks our e-mails were completely ignored. We have waited weeks for a satisfactory solution. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service, poor quality goods and quite frankly a rip off.
