Henry and Lisa were very welcoming and responsive to any needs that came up during the rental period. They responded promptly and were accommodating.

Be careful about doing business with them. They are cheapskates and not very kind if you make any changes that involve finances. In my experience, anyway.

We had a great time at Henry Lisa Place. It was the best of the best that Waterville had to offer. The location was right in the heart of the mountain. Very clean excellent views and awesome condo. We loved every minute of our stay. You will be very happy here and enjoy everything Waterville has to offer. 5 starts all around.

I only lived at 182 Swanson rd for a year (due to Covid and personal life i ended up moving closer to central mass). Henry and Lisa were easily the best landlords I have ever had. They always kept me updated on things happening within the complex and were very easy to communicate with. The unit itself was perfect for me as well. They made the process of moving stress free and gave me all the information I needed.
Although I’m excited for my next chapter I will definitely miss Boxboro and having such great landlords!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Henry and Lisa’s condo. I stayed here while working a nursing contract at a nearby hospital. The condo is quiet, comfortable, close to everything, and Henry and Lisa have thought about everything you may need. The neighborhood feels very safe. I walked to and from work every day. If I ever make it back to Boston I would love to stay here again if it’s available!

I stayed at Henry and Lisa's place between April - August 2019. Henry and Lisa are friendly hosts and the accomodation they offer is clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice area in Brookline close to the green line and green spaces. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hawthorne place for a few months. Great location in the center of Boston. Henry and Lisa were great hosts, very accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend staying at their properties!

I stayed here for 2 months. Very clean and lovely studio equipped with everything one needs. A good bed, nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located. The communication with Henry and Lisa was super easy and quick. They are great hosts! Very friendly and quick to respond with any questions. Totally recommend.

I stayed for several weeks at the Brookhouse condos. Henry and Lisa were both wonderful hosts. Very attentive and quick to respond to any communication. The unit was comfortably furnished and just the right size for 2!
