I have been with Henry Meds for about 18 months. I have lost about 20% of my body weight (50 lbs) and am moving forward on a maintenance dose. I have been completely satisfied with the product, medical and service support and billing. Highly recommend.

I have been with Henry Meds for about six months now. Their team is highly responsive, compassionate, and professional. I have been, and continue to be, impressed.

I have been on Simaglutide injections for 3 months now and am getting a little frustrated at the slow down of the weight loss, I am going on an 8 day cruise on March 1 and my goal is to be down 25 lbs, well I've expressed to the PA that this doesn't look like it will happen. I did tell her that I exercise 4 to 5 days week at the gym and walk 4 to 5 afternoons a week. Diet is good. Well she made a few adjustments to the dose and how many time per week to inject....happy to say I can't wait until my new prescription comes and i can take the increase dosage. The PA Asia Scaife was very helpful and understanding. I am referring my sister to this company, hopefully she jumps on board with it, because I am very happy! They listen and they execute!

I am a past patient. I had a hard time with the nausea side effects. At that time, the provider doctor was so great and patient with me and suggested some work-arounds with the dosing to help alleviate it. But my stomach is just trash and weak so I eventually quit. HOWEVER, I came back b/c I see there's an oral tablet now. So today my provider doctor was AGAIN super helpful in outlining all the ins and outs of the tablet. Like, I feel really listened to. I've sat in person in doctor's offices with much more serious concerns than a fat shot/tablet prescription concern, and they didn't listen to a darn thing. So, yes. I am a happy patient. I wish they'd treat psoriasis and anxiety too. But, a girl can't get everything she wants, I guess. Anyhow...yeah. Go get you some medicine to help you feel better!

Organized and professional service - however, I am considering looking for another company for my GLP-1 meds as Henry Meds pricing is very high in comparison to others.

fraudulent company. Keeps charging after the cancellation. The crad blocked them and they switch to a different name and continue charging. Absolutely avoid.

I am currently on TRT through Henry Meds and pay $155 per month for their premium service, but unfortunately the experience has fallen short of expectations.

Recently, I’ve had to proactively reach out just to get my blood work scheduled, which feels unacceptable given the cost of the service. For a premium plan, I would also expect each syringe to be pre-filled with my prescribed dose rather than loose supplies being placed in a box without much care or guidance.

They have also recently limited prescriptions to a one-month supply at a time. The explanation provided was concern from the compounding pharmacy regarding product potency, but this feels misleading and highly inconvenient. On multiple occasions, the medication has not arrived in time, forcing me to delay my injection and adjust my dosing schedule, which defeats the purpose of consistent TRT management.

The one positive experience has been Quest Diagnostics. Their blood work services are excellent, and the nurses are truly top-notch.

Overall, for the price being charged, I expected a far more reliable, proactive, and patient-focused experience.

I have been working with Henry Meds for a year and a half. It was professional and no difficult to start the process, had reasonable prices and is a business that commuicates very well. After losing a lot of weight I briefly went off and tried another well known company that advertised low prices. Big mistake. It was confuing, not professional, and the cost was much higher than advertised. By the time they give you the price you have invested lots of time and money to get to that point. So, I went back to Henry and am again pleased. The weight loss is so easy that it is unexpected, and I am very near my goal weight. A nurse has already been talking to me about a sustain plan.

Very professional, they are engaged and keep you informed throughout the process. From sign up to receiving the meds its been a great experience. If you are going to go the online route Henry Meds is definitely worth looking i to.

My experience with HenryMeds has been overall fine the last few months however my last Nurse Practitioner was a bit condescending and rude. I’m not booking with her again.

I was really nervous about doing all of this online, but everybody has been really great and really responsive when I've had any issues or problems so I'm really happy with the service and I love not having to go through a bunch of red tape to get what I need.

Follow through with customer service and the interviewer listened well.
