First and last time
Had dinner here to catch up with two friends I hadn’t seen in a while. From the start, we were told we only had the table for two hours, which is standard and completely fine — but we felt rushed the entire time. From ordering to eating, there was a constant sense that we were on the clock.
Five minutes before our time was up, staff informed us we had to pay and that we could move to the bar, which we did without complaint. However, after only about 45 minutes at the bar, we were told they needed the seats and were basically asked to leave. It honestly felt like, “if you’re not spending more money, you can go.”
What should have been a relaxed Saturday night with friends turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. The worst part? As we were leaving, we noticed several empty tables.
I’m a local and usually make an effort to support local restaurants, but I won’t be returning here. This is exactly what some places fail to understand — treat your customers well, and they’ll come back often. I could have easily become a regular visitor, but after this experience, they’ve lost not just one customer, but someone who often recommends local spots to others. Big mistake
