I found Hepplewhites through search engine. Wanted to sell some coins. Mark Duncan took my enquiry. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Very easy process items sent valued and money in my bank the same day. Will definitely use again.

Like many people I was left a couple of old watches as an inheritance from a relative to whom they had great sentimental value but to me were never going to be worn. I found 3 firms online to whom I sent photos for valuation , Hepplewhites were one and very quickly became the most obvious to deal with, Mark and Oliver were so professional in their approach and completely honest and straightforward in their valuing of the items. The service was quick and seamless and I cannot recommend them enough.

Mark visited us at home to appraise items of jewellery and silver that we were interested in selling . Mark was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the whole experience was a pleasure . We felt the price we were offered for the items was fair and we felt under no pressure with Mark offering to give us time to consider if we wanted to proceed . Mark even took time to go through what we thought was costume jewellery and found several gold items .

Great way of selling antiques and jewellery. Mark visited the house, gave me a good offer and money was transferred to my bank account there and then. So much better than going to auction where you pay big commissions and might get the item back if it doesn’t get to reserve price. Top service, friendly and courteous.
