No refund or exchange received!
Made a purchase on 3rd Oct. Then a return on 11th Oct part exchange part refund. Parcel was returned to them via inlocker. I’ve still not heard anything back despite sending an email. Impossible to contact them any other way. Pretty frustrating for over £100 worth of purchases.

Website isn’t the easiest to actually order from, but when you do, they use Evri for their deliveries so you’ll be incredibly lucky to receive your item at all. HERA - it’s not worth the brand damage by using poor couriers.

I’ve been following Hera from day 1 and…
I’ve been following Hera from day 1 and hadn’t yet given it a go! REGRET - wish I’d have got sooner! So happy with everything I got.
I thought two t shirts - and they are so thick and elastic I feel so well supported, great for gym! I’m a size 16 and bought an XL - perfect.
I also bought some of the wide leg joggers - they are the softest juiciest joggers I’ve bought in a long time and I love the thick waist band. I could have probably sized down, but for joggers I like the extra room anyway! Only thing I would say is they are ever so slightly too long, could do with going up ~2cm. I am 5ft8.

Medium was far too baggy
Medium was far too baggy, even though I have a medium in black and fits perfect. The small was tiny, so had to return both.
1 week after it was received by Hera, I’m still waiting on a refund.

I ordered over a week ago, in your Defense it was sent to the courier in good time to be delivered however I still have not received my order where it has been sat with the courier since last Tuesday! Having got in touch with the courier, they are MOST unhelpful. Still waiting…..

Amazing soft and stretchy leggings
Someone i follow on Instagram recommend the essential leggings so I thought I'd try them and omg they are great so soft and so stretchy and they fit my long legs perfectly, so I brought two more and one pair I sized down to see what the fit was like and they fit more snuggly was still great fitting. I would highly recommend definitely will buy from this brand again
