They not only took my money never returned calls nor answered emails . I keep calling and I have a copy of money transferred with text message guarantee delivery and or money nothing I ordered 12/30 nothing till this day . Person who cash app was Kendra Harris $addycakes22 this was a huge fraud .

Herbalempire.com is definitely legit. I've ordered numerous times. Packages have always arrived on time with a very decent product. I personally prefer the streetmade with illegal chems but these guys have pretty potent stuff and are totally legit.

I used this site for a few years with almost no problems the last two months it’s been a joke! They just ripped me off for $400 by sending totally Bunk’d product

I've dealt with this company for over a year now & have had only one problem. When I wrote to them on THIER site & addressed the mistake they made on my order. Within 2 hours they txtd my cell phone number apologizing & told me they were going to make the wrong right.
They sent me the wrong item that I didn't order. That was the issue. But they kept THIER word & 3 days later the correct item I ordered to begin with was in my mailbox. They have my highest respect on the professional way they conduct THIER business.
They have never once scammed me or kept my money & not sent me my order. And every time I deal with them & follow THIER rules on THIER site, I've always received my order within 2 to 4 days. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best I give them a 90.
I'm their customer for life.
They are the best I've ever dealt with in cyber land. Can't side with anyone giving negative reports. All the negativity folks must have somehow not payed attention to THIER requests on THIER webpage of proper steps to take when ordering. Sh#! it's so easy that Hellen Keller could read it & take proper action as they request

Total Scam site. They use cash app only as payment even though their website has a credit/debit card option which fails repeatedly on purpose so that you have no option but to Cash App them payment. So then after that they send you an email and say that they sent your package, then they try to seem legit by giving you a tracking number from a Scam "shipping service site", so now you think your package is on the way right, because you have this tracking number and it makes it all look REAL, but hold on... Then right before the package is delivered to you, you get a text that says the (scam) shipping company now needs $200.00 for "shipping insurance", I refused to pay that, then I got a text from the scam shipping site that says that they "Must open the package to inspect what's inside", they hold your package randsome (they never shipped it to begin with) and threaten legal action if you don't comply. This is their Scare Tactic to making you think you are gonna get into legal trouble. Just block their number at that point and Do Not ever tell anyone what your package may have had in it.

So story is: Herbal Empire kept my money, I made sure I only ordered a small purchase to test them out and my instincts were NOT wrong. Save yourself your money and don't buy from these Scammers. Don't fall for their threats either, they are all false claims.

Their customer support is horrible, I agree, but the product is great, and always ari e when it's supposed to. I'm glad they finally got our product in.

They do totally scam you. I have been trying to call and text them for questions
They is no response from them. I placed an order and they literally scammed be and sent me nothing. I would not deal with this company. They won't even try to contact to make good on it.

It’s the best and the only place I’ll spend my money. If you trust Amazon with your money you can trust empire with it too. I am a for ever customer that’s for sure!!!! Only problem is Usps taking forever to deliver but typically I get my order within a week. It used to be only a couple of days but usps is on some major bs lately man!! Anyways shop from empire you won’t regret it!!

Herbal Empire delivered consistently every time for me. My problems with their service:
1. Most of their products are the same blend repackaged (same cannabinoids and potency regardless of premiums or packaging)
2. They don’t ship the same day you order
3. The zelle payment is sketchy but is the most successful way to purchase from them.
4. Order processing can take from 3 hours to 3 days
5. They occasionally bump up cost of products
6. There are clone/sister-sites of it and they collectively are owned by the same company (look at herbalincenseusa.com for example)

To sum it up mediocre product, sketchy company, but consistent in not scamming

I have dealt with herbal empire with numerous orders and the only time I've ever had a problem they immediately fixed it, which is 1 way to tell if a company is trustworthy. We all make errors, but it's how we handle them them that matters and they promptly made it right.The only area for improvement would be that it seems that it takes longer than it should to get the order shipped to me and also having to get a money order is not very convenient at all. Debit cards or cash app.

Do not waste your time or your money here. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING IN RETURN.

I've used them for several years and never had a problem that wasn't fixed immediately. They even sent me an extra pack once because something messed up on their end. Every once in awhile they do overlook and don't see the money I sent and I let them know and show my receipt where I paid with Zelle and within minutes I receive my tracking number. Totally trust it. I have received stuff that wasn't very potent and when I do I just stay away from that particular product. Only down side to this site is it takes about a week to receive the order but its not on their end its because USPS is slow.

They do not know what is going on. They never EVER answer phone or text. It's a long shot to even get to order. All they had to do was answer my texts. But NOPE. Stay away

This site used to be okay, now they are not potent and weak products. Don't waste your money better off buying garage from a head shop
