Absolutely Fantastic
From the start have had a wonderful experience with Herbal Apothecary, customer service was excellent and swift and the products purchased seem to be of the finest quality. Very clean and obviously well looked after. The packaging is great and considering the vast availability arrived very fast and with considerate outer packaging too. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher. Thank you guys 🙏♥️

Great products and reliable service
I have been buying herbal tinctures for many years and recently started using the Propolis products. I am pleased to say that they are also of excellent quality and delivery has been efficient as always

Item was ordered on 07/08/25 and not received
Item was ordered and order received on 7th August. By the 20th August I have not received any further correspondence from the company to confirm dispatch and the order has not been received.

Add on costs
Ordered some mouthwash on 10th, rang to see if item were dispatched, they said it was out of stock and in production but no email to tell me it was out of stock, also the items i bought came to £11 but the actual cost was £18 with tax and shipping, will source this mouthwash elsewhere in the future
