They're scammers. First they take your money and then once you get their tracking number link, they'll ask you to pay additional for either packaging/insurance or custom fee or whatever. That's a lie.
If you're in this business you should include the shipping or at least say it up front. Emailing back and forth with them just don't do anything except trying to get you to pay more for the shipping/insurance or whatever bullshit they come up with.
IF you wanna lost your money , go ahead. These people are out here scamming ppl money. all these identical websites all do the same thing. Get your money, get you to pay more for shipping. Don't buy it.

I ordered a few days ago. My order is still pending. After a day of waiting for a tracking number they sent me an email from Imperial Shipping LTD. Looked legit until I did my research. That shipping Co. is listed as "temporaily closed"on google AND its located in UK. Why would a Los Angeles based company use a shipping company in the UK? Makes no sense. I have not gotten any movement on this so called shipment. It hasnt changed since I got the tracking which means its fake. This is the second site that has been fake and took our money. Im out 400!!! glad it wasnt more but seriously there needs to be some sort of regulations for these sites. Someone needs to investigate and make these jerks accountable for their scams!! I have restless leg and I have successfully used some of the products they sell. You cant find them in a corner store. So i thought maybe these guys were ok after a friend said it worked for them. I think they pick and choose who they want to satisfy and who they want to rip off. OR those positive reviews are completely bogus and made up by fake people. I litetally cannot get them to contact me. Phone is out of service and they deleted their whats app when i went that way to get a hold of someone. Im frustrated and irritated that they get away with this. No wonder they keep doing it because they never get caught. I should start my own scam jesus. I mean why not? If they can get away with it why can I? So upset. Im over this world we live in and those who make it hard for us to do legitimate business with. Do not pay these people any money!! Just find another way!!

I put in my order October 4th and was promised a tracking number. I paid 50$ extra to get it sent in 3 to 5 business days and it’s the 11th now and still no tracking number my order still is saying processing. I lost 200$ thinking they were legit. There not do not do business with them. The first couple of days they kept In contact, I had a funny feeling about it but went along with it anyway after they kept asking for a screenshot of my payment. Never again though

I'm keeping it very civil but it's hard. Herbal Incense Empire is not who, or what they say they are! I placed an order on September 26th, 2023. At first the communication was great! But once I Cash App'd the money, all was SILENT. The phone number is not correct, nor is the address. Thank God, I only lost $350, but still, that's a good chunk of cheddar. Yeah, Rats like cheddar, and this website will gobble up any they can. I wish I could post all the saved receipts from my account and let anyone see just how they scam, but I'm not allowed to, keep it civil. Please, Please DO NOT attempt to order from this company. They try to appear legit but I'm warning you DO NOT PLACE ORDER. Mine is "Still Processing". No tracking # as promised and their email is a joke.
In summary, if you want to throw money out the window, do it on the freeway, maybe a Cal trans worker will get it. Very upset, shame on them, Shame, shame, shame!

I placed an order for $200. Then I added the next day shipping for $100. My total was $300. They had me cashapp it to them. My order was placed on Dec 20th 2022. Today is Dec. 28th 2022 and I haven’t received anything. I have had someone who sends a text here and there but never does anything about it. I am very upset that they scammed me like that. Every time I check the tracking it just says processing. I am beyond disappointed. I thought the person was really nice at first. Do not order anything from them!!!!

Update- the very next day they send me an email saying that my order was complete. Which again was a complete lie.

Not to talk much they're extremely reliable and efficient with an awesome customer service. Love y'all

They're 100% legit, tho it took some time before I got my package but I guess is okay.
