I ordered mushroom supplements for my dog. Received a despatched notification. 2 days later had a generic email telling me I had received a refund with no explanation. I emailed asking what was going on and to date have received no reply.

Bought two of the items and was refunded one amount as they had” a rush” on the item so couldn’t fulfil by order. It’s been out of stock since so very annoying to get your dog on to a product only to not be able to have consistency.
