I've been getting my vape juices from Herbal Tides over 3 years. Flavour has always been amazing, and they have excellent prices / offers to make them affordable!

During COVID-19, their online experience has been quick, easy and rewarding thanks to their points scheme.

Working in Customer Service, I'd say I have high expectations... These guys have not failed me once over 3 years - each delivery is personalised with a message, unique to you and I've made request for empty bottles in the past, to which they have accommodated and not once asked for an additional payment!

My daughter also LOVES the sweets that arrive with my online order, a great touch to an already excellent service. Thank you Herbal Tides!

The shop staff are great, from Oli, Danielle, Mark and the owner Dan always up for a chat to helping out with any problems with equipment. The only help is second to none with orders or equipment. Highly recommend this shop. I don't go anywhere else.

Order from herbaltides regularly and have never had an issue. Love how they write a little personal note on the invoice and send sweets and little samples with every order!

excellent fast service great products, wouldn't use anyone else

Staff are very welcoming & are very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping. Unfortunately I found 3/4 products I brought a bit bland which were payday, factory, mogul blueberry. The 4th one which was a chocolate milkshake, was the complete opposite as it was too strong but it was pleasant enough to vape.

No doubt I'll place another order in the future if something new takes my fancy. Maybe I just picked the worst of a good bunch.

I and my husband did manage to smell the juice before buying in the spondon shop but you only had one vape and the cotton was black. Xx

been going for nearly 2 years now. all the staff are polite and so friendly always there to help you. LOADS of different flavours always lovley to vape really do recommend the blue rain in the freak range 😊😊 also brought my vape from there a few months back tried it all out. they helped me set it up and you even get a free juice. thanks guys at herbal tides keep up the good work. looking forward to the new juices next week 5* we.come all the way from somercotes to you at spondon so it must be great 😊😊

I have been vaping for almost 10 years and over the course of those years have spent thousands of pounds on different e-liquids from other manufacturer's, at one stage i even dabbled in some D.I.Y but nothing was a vape that was out of this world, I wanted that nice throat and a taste that i could enjoy.

4 years ago i found HT and finally found my all day vape, Frosted Candy mixed with avalanche, A nice fruity candy vape with a kick of mintiness (flavour freaks). Since then i have spent roughly around £1000 on e-liquid.

I've tried ordering other e-liquids from elsewhere when i occasionally like the sound of the juice, but nothing quite cuts the mustard like HT.

When you think about it, £1000 for 4 years of e-liquid is a pretty good value for money, this is whilst sub-ohming.

Any questions i have are promptly responded on Facebook, there has only been one occasion i have had to phone and the lady was very helpful and had good customer service skills.

Shipping is always super quick, and it's a nice touch that on every order you receive a personalized thank you and some complimentary sweets.

When i went to Turkey 2 years ago all of the bar waitresses wanted to try my vape, They loved it so much the next year i visited, i bought some especially for them!

Now if i haven't managed to convince you so far, they also do numerous events for charity, Such as helping the homeless to have haircuts and raising money to provide an AED defibrillator, its clear to see this company really give back to the community, and their customers.

I would even go to the length to say that if i didn't stumble across my ADV i would probably be back on the cigarettes!

P.S please don't ever discontinue these flavours!!

Danny and ollie are amazing and extremely helpful, and the shop it self is brilliant so much choice of juice and mods. The only vape shop I use.

I've shopped at HT for a long time. Great range of juices and mods. Some of the most friendly staff around who are always happy to share knowledge and help with almost anything.

Visited the spondon store for some new equipment from the huge range they stock, I was looked after by Oliver who always gives top customer service and advice, the service and experience cannot be matched by any other similar store in the area.

Often visit the Spondon branch for my juices and coils. Always super friendly and full of advice and tips on getting the very best out of my ecigs, especially Ollie. Straight to him for any help everytime. Great prices on kits and often have absolute bargains instore, a must visit for any vaper in the Midlands.
