Again the Henley-on-Thames branch has treated me badly. Again they say "there no promotions" just to avid having to make 2 pizzas instead of one. Again I had to buy from Dominos.

This is about the High Wycombe outlet, I have ordered Pizzas from Herbies for sometime now, never had an issue with them, their pizzas have been delicious and at a good temperature. This review however is about an event where I got to see their customer service or to be more accurate not see them. For the past 3 days I have been trying to contact them about a pizza that was not delivered to me I have tried phoning them only for the phone to ring endlessly and the one time I got through the manager was out and they would ring back and never did. I have tried email, phoning their HQ and social media, Instagram replied say that I should email them, been two days since then and nothing has happened.

Apparently the root cause why it was not delivered is because they were not open, something that was not apparent on their website, no warning messages that hours had changed or stopped me from ordering from that store. I only found out about their new hours from Just Eat & Deliveroo. Not great to find out this information from a third party rather than direct.

I doubt that I will get a refund when I cannot even speak to the people that could give me one. The order number if Herbies wants to start a dialogue is 14495466. The order was received on the 7th and accepted later that night when they opened, no pizza or contact was established since then.

I might change my review depending on what they do, but my business from now on is just with Farmhouse & GOGO which do a much better job and have people you can speak to.
