Shipping issue

On website i read that they have 1-2 day shipping.

One week is over and i dont have my order yet.

Too long to ship the package

Waiting until the package was sent was too long. Delivery is extremely late as well. and even after asking when I am going to receive the package, response isn’t giving me proper date.

The actual product is good

The actual product is good, it tastes nice and definitely helps with bloating, as well as making you feel somewhat lighter and better. The only problem was that I had ordered 2×3 Herboxa Supergreen to receive promotional items (whisk, bottle, shaker). Although they documented 2 of each of the promotional items on the basket as well as on the invoice, I received only 1 set. When I contacted the customer team, they requested pictures, which I provided individually, only to have them come back and ask for a picture of all items together. At this point, I left it as it was, as I found it a little odd to ask for a picture to prove I had not received something. So, my advice is to make a video and take pictures as you open it to cover yourself and make separate orders, as the postage would be free for 3 boxes anyway.

Our support team kindly informed you that you could refuse the package when the courier called for delivery. However, you accepted the parcel. For this reason, we do not fully understand your complaint.
